Enablement Program Manager, Onboarding

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

As the Enablement Program Manager, Onboarding, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive onboarding programs for our Global Revenue Organization. Your role is critical in ensuring our new hires are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources to quickly ramp up and contribute to revenue generation. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on program management to drive consistency and excellence in onboarding across different regions and sales functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onboarding Program Development: Design and implement a standardized global onboarding program tailored to various roles across the Revenue organization, ensuring alignment with TKWW sales strategies and goals. Collaborate with Revenue leadership, subject matter experts, and regional stakeholders to gather content and insights essential for effective onboarding. Content Creation and Delivery: Develop engaging onboarding paths by role, utilizing traditional instructional design principles. Ensure content reflects the latest product updates, sales methodologies, competitive insights, and market trends. Facilitation and Training: Lead onboarding sessions for new hires spanning core job functions, inclusive of processes, tools, and tech. Conduct workshops and role-specific training sessions to accelerate proficiency in sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement. Measurement and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding program. Collect feedback from new hires, sales managers, and stakeholders to continuously improve program content and delivery. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with TKWW’s People team, Talent Acquisition, and Revenue Operations to streamline the onboarding process from recruitment to integration. Collaborate with Enablement teammates to localize and customize onboarding experiences while maintaining global consistency. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in Enablement and training. Implement enhancements to the onboarding program based on analytics, feedback, and evolving business needs.

SUCCESSFUL ENABLEMENT PROGRAM MANAGER, ONBOARDING CANDIDATES HAVE:

5+ years experience across Sales, Account Management, Enablement or related roles within a global revenue organization. Proven success building and leading a Revenue new hire onboarding program. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering engaging training sessions. Experience building relationships across multi-functional teams, working collaboratively to achieve goals. Desire to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience with typical sales tech stacks including: Learning Management Systems (Continu), Knowledge Management platforms (Guru), CRM (SalesForce) and Google Apps. Flexibility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves for the needs of the business.

Preferred but not required:

Experience with elearning authoring tools (Articulate). Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles. Experience collaborating with global partners and stakeholders. Multilingual skills and ability to translate content between English and Spanish.
