Role Purpose:

Determine and deliver critical activities in a lead role transforming the overall approach to enablement across the EMEA Applications organisation, ensuring the delivery of meaningful knowledge and information to the right people at the right time to land adoption and usage.

The Enablement Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that the EMEA Applications team adopt and use the knowledge and information necessary to deliver high performance. Providing change delivery expertise in the team responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a single enablement program approach to deliver performance targets in EMEA applications.

Key Activities:

Enablement Planning, Co-Ordination & Delivery:

•Deliver critical activities to land the new enablement approach designed to streamline, co-ordinate and deliver enablement activities to multiple role needs landing the strategic objective targets •Collaborate across the team to supporting the design, development and delivery of key communications •Establish and review qualitative feedback with key stakeholder groups to determine improvement opportunities

Change Management:

Focusing on people adoption and usage requirements, minimize resistance and risk to deliver business change:

•Determine change impact assessments and deliver recommendations to maximize performance impact •Apply structured change management methodology and lead delivery of change management activities anticipating resistance areas and tracking impact of changes •Advise on and integrate effective change management activities for project delivery
