Job Description

The Enabling & Support Specialist plays a critical role in the training, enabling, and supporting PSMs (product, service, and solution manager). This position is key in ensuring that the application is used effectively across the organization, providing a vital link between PSMs, development team, and the tool's functionality.

QualificationsGood understanding of product and requirement management principlesFamiliarity with Azure DevOps and its features to organize requirements in an agile team setupSkilled in distilling higher-level requirements into detailed technical specificationsStrong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an accessible mannerProven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyAbility to work effectively both in a team and independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and self-directionFluent English
