End Point Device and Network Support
Job DescriptionThe End-User Device and Network Support position is expected to assist system users by responding to tickets and queries in order to solve technical issues and maintain an organized operational environment. The technician supports end-user hardware such as; desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, software applications, and additional peripherals. The applicant should have a basic understanding of common computing and networking principles, be able to quickly understand new technical concepts, and present sound judgement when resolving system, hardware, and application issues. 

Building and maintaining trust is fundamental to this position and requires the technician to organize and prioritize a timely response to client requests while operating in a fluctuating operational environment. The support technician is a customer facing position that requires professional interaction at all organizational levels. The technician should be able to provide written and verbal communication of technical concepts to peers, end-users, and leadership.
