Leidos is seeking an experienced End Point Services Lead to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team, who will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Department of Defense (DoD) Fourth Estate Agencies. The End Point Services Lead will lead a team of end point engineers to design, implement, and deploy UEM capabilities to the Azure Cloud.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:  Must possess an Active SECRET or ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance prior to start date with Leidos.  (US Citizen required)

Primary Responsibilities

.Provide thought leadership and mentoring to team of UEM engineers, including frequent collaboration with engineering, operations and agencies to plan and execute end user onboardingDesign and implement UEM solutions that meet end user requirements. Create and manage policies for application deployment, device compliance, and security configurationsContinually identify opportunities for improvement, including innovations in the UEM domain aimed at improving the user experience, improving efficiencies, and lowering sustainment costsEnforce security best practices and guidelines, leveraging knowledge of security policies, network security, and data securityInitiate frequent interactions with the team of UEM engineers to identify areas of improvement and facilitate their career growth, including participation in annual performance reviews

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experienceExpertise in the deployment and management of UEM/MDM technologiesExperience managing teams of engineers, including mentoring and fostering communication and collaboration across the teamExperience developing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC), utilizing continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools, and leveraging automation platforms such as Ansible or Azure FunctionsUnderstanding of Federal Government application, server, and network security requirements such as NIST, FedRAMP, and FISMAAbility to work effectively within a distributed technical team, aided by strong written and verbal communication skillsCurrent IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security + or CISSP

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications such as: Microsoft Certified Intune Expert, JAMF System 400 Level CertificationFamiliarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence

Pay Range:Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
