In many of our locations, we offer team members: + Competitive compensation and recognition + Hybrid work environment and flexible approach to work + Retirement and financial savings options + Well-being and mental health support + Parental leave + Physical well-being initiatives and health insurance plans + Professional development opportunities + Volunteer opportunities As part of the End-to-End Supply Planning Europe Stationery team, the **End-to-End Supply Planner** manages the replenishment from BIC Plants and/or OEM suppliers as well as the copacking activity and the distribution planning to European markets (10 warehouses to deliver according to customer demand in 25 countries) and export. **_REPLENISHMENT_** - Work closely with demand planning team to understand mid-long term business trends and evolutions - Determine on monthly basis the purchase orders & purchase forecasts volumes according to Europe & export demand - Work closely with other BIC Plants and OEM supply teams to anticipate capacity constraints, factory closure or external events such as Chinese New Year. Leverage Blue Yonder parameters to adapt to these situations - Monitor ongoing replenishments and take proactive actions in case of deviations such as reviewing production priorities or changing the mode of transport - Ensure the optimal management of the life cycle of references by participating in projects related to the launch and the discontinuity of products **_DEPLOYMENT & COPACKING_** - Launch weekly co-packing work orders according to various constraints such as component availability, promotion anticipation or load at the co-packing centers - Manage weekly distribution from the 2 European hubs to the 8 local European distribution centers and export **_INVENTORY, PERFORMANCE & ANALYSIS_** - Prepare IBP Europe monthly meeting by building mid & long-term supply constraints and associated scenarios - Ensure smooth and timely communication on short-term constraints with STPA, Customer Service, Demand Planning and Logistics teams and other regions to maximize service level (OTIF) & limit out-of-stock impact - Optimize bulks & finished goods inventory levels in all European warehouses and define action plans for overstock reduction such as unpacking of co-packed item or stock rebalancing - Leverage planning tools parameters such as safety stock, leadtimes or supply frequency to adapt to supply chain constraints - Follow and monitor shipment adherence for OEM & Overseas suppliers. Lead or participate to various projects such as change of sourcing, transfer of lines, MOQ optimization. - Lead or participate to IT enhancements of the planning tools (Blue Yonder, Anaplan) & the ERP (JDE) - Share good practices and support processes improvements with other regions and suppliers **QUALIFICATIONS:** - You have a Master in Supply Chain or related field - You have 2+ years of experience within demand or supply planning function within a fast-paced environment, familiar with S&OP / IBP processes and planning tools - You are fluent in English - You have experience with interacting in a complex, cross-functional, matrix and multicultural environment - You have demonstrated strong analytical skills and are comfortable in managing lots of data from multiple sources - You’d describe yourself as reliable, curious, proactive, problem solver. Detail oriented as well as with a strategic view - You are team player with a high customer focus - You have great communication skills that allows you to collaborate, educate and influence people from different backgrounds - Your previous experience in FMCG will be a plus BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
