As our End User Business Manager MEA , you’ll support HID’s success by: + Identifying, prioritizing, scheduling, pursuing, and delivering strategic Key End-user sales and project opportunities for target fulfillment + Understanding the business models and business priorities of the Key End-user accounts as it relates to security + Building long term relationship through direct and indirect touch + Advising and scheduling the deployment of required Key End-user programs to address individual End-user needs + Cooperating with and coordinating company internal vertical business development, consultant business teams and technical resources to effectively communicate the expansion / transition to future technology, especially in emerging and new regions + Providing educational/awareness briefings for End-users to reinforce HID Global’s role as “Trusted Advisor” + Use of innovative marketing tools to nurture this relationship + Orchestrating Key End-user seminars to better understand the required features & functions of future technologies + Delivering Key End-user presentations during “face to face” introductory meetings + Attending applicable industry tradeshows, meetings and other HID internal and external events, especially with focus on speaking and presentation opportunity What we will love about your background: + Understanding and driving business ethically with ability to connect the dots + Rallying all hands through enthusiasm and buy in to “win” + Advocating for the end user and his journey and always keeping regional relevance and user experience in focus + Teamwork with positive attitude and respect + Curiosity: to learn and to bridge gaps identified continuously and asking “why” + Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing. + Ability to speak Arabic is desired + Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc. Your Experience and Education include: + A Bachelor’s degree in any area of applied engineering and minimum of 10+ years of related access control business management experience at global or regional level + A professional track record of significant project experience and wins in any of the following verticals in the GCC/MEA markets is mandatory: Energy, Banking, Telecoms, Commercial Real Estate, Higher Education, Government, Health and Transportation + Extensive exposure to or knowledge of HID Origo Cloud and HID Mobile Access or other Access Control manufacturers’ Mobile Access platforms and services globally or in in the MEA region. + Excellent communication, analytical and financial skills + Strong leadership skills with cultural sensitivity and experience in influencing diverse teams + Ability to think critically and creatively and to contribute in a team environment + Ability to use internal and external tools to gather and interpret data Work Requirements + International travel required in the region hence employee must possess or can acquire a valid Passport and has the ability to travel. + Able for travel within all key growth regions in the MEA.
