8 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), specifically in Wintel environments, Windows Operating Systems, and Modern Workplace Management. Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Windows Autopilot for device management. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite, Teams, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools. Experience managing Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), and DNS/DHCP. Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop. Windows Operating Systems: Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server. Device Management: Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Group Policy. Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (including Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams). Automation & Scripting: Strong experience with PowerShell, batch scripting, and automation for large-scale environments. Security: Experience with Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, and security hardening for endpoints. Collaboration Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other cloud collaboration tools. Experience in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Virtual Machine (VM) management. Knowledge of Zero Trust Security Architecture and Identity Management. Familiarity with cloud-native desktop management solutions. Experience working in financial services, regulated industries, or mission-critical environments. Problem-Solver: Strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to resolve complex technical issues related to end-user computing environments. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other teams, including network engineers, security teams, and end-user support teams. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new technologies and changing business needs. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to document and communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. Process-Driven: Ability to define and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for End User Computing (EUC) operations.
