Seeking a qualified applicant for an End User Computing Specialist to be a member of their Desktop Support team. The successful candidate will exhibit proficiency with Windows, Macintosh, Android, and iOS amongst other platforms. A successful applicant should also have a high level of effective communications knowledge and experience in order to quickly discern and identify complex business relationships and offer appropriate assistance to correspond to a customer's ability with the appropriate priority. Communication skills must be both written and verbal and will be utilized with both internal and external end users. Applicants should be able to resolve situations where standard procedures have failed or proven ineffective in delivering quality outcomes.
Job Functions:
Desktop support – Inventory information gathering, loading OS images on both Mac and Pc. Linux knowledge helpful. OnSite Desktop support which can include hardware to software repairs or installing. This person will be heavily involved in the MCD Paging process (onboarding, offboarding, connecting to the network, handling compliance process as well)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
