Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, Days. Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will work at the Administrative Services Building, 301 S. Westfield Rd., Madison, WI.

We are seeking an End User Device Associate to:

Work with IS Project Managers and Operational Stakeholders on projects of varying sizes. Coordinate hardware and prepare installations. Support Microsoft operating systems, iOS, Android, hardware, and applications. Troubleshoot connectivity and resolve hardware/software issues with timely resolution.
