End-user Sales Manager
Overview Business Contribution: Provide revenue growth selling Enerpac industrial tools and solutions to Korean EPC and end user customers for use in large-scale construction and maintenance work inside and outside of Korea Develop sales channel for EPC and end user customers, if required Key Responsibilities: Manage customers of various teams (Procurement, Engineering, Planning, etc) at EPC and End User customers. Responsible for annual sales targets and sales growth Responsible for the effective promotion of assigned products and engineering solutions at Enerpac Tool Group Execute sales calls to the customers along with effective materials such as presentation and brochure. Maintain current knowledge of the marketplace through regular contact with customers Produce an annual sales plan encompassing strategy pertinent to sales growth Maintain a positive working relationship with internal teams (both Korea and Global) Maintain an attitude and appearance commensurate with that of a thoroughly professional salesperson Maintain company property (demonstration stock, promotional items, etc.) in excellent condition Required Capabilities: Manage and update project pipeline at EPC and End User customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean. Strong organizational, written, oral and professional skills to communicate with global teams Computer skills of Microsoft Office and presentational PowerPoint skills CRM (Salesforce) Education and Experience: Petrochemical Plant Engineering / Construction related experience is required. Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in sales from junior to senior customer levels is preferred. Experience multiple channels to market – direct or indirect through online or distributor. Experience with Digital Marketing Platforms Experience in developing and executing plans that have driven significant incremental growth in their businesses
