End - User Support Analyst Sr

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing direct service and support to the users for a wide variety of computing devices and peripherals within the BayCare system. Work extensively with the incident management system and is responsible for fulfilling end user requests and resolving issues on computing devices in accordance with established SLAs and IS/Field Services procedural standards. Typical responsibilities involve moves, adds, and changes for computer devices and responding to break/fix service requests. Participate in IS related projects as directed and to assist with technology refresh, inventory management, system imaging/staging, and materials distribution. Provide phone support and support of mobile devices. Have the skills and experience to be the sole IS support for a small to medium facility within the Health System. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required - 7 years - IT experience; Or - 5 years - Relevant experience with Associates.
Required - High School or Equivalent; Preferred - Associates - Related Field; Preferred - Bachelors - Computer Science
