End-User Support Coordinator Security Key Adoption
Job Description AT&T is seeking an enthusiastic End-User Support Coordinator to facilitate the adoption of Security Keys. This role is ideal for individuals stepping into cybersecurity, with a keen interest in technology, quick learning abilities, and a passion for experimenting and troubleshooting. The position is perfect for a eager, and tech-savvy individual who is excited about technology. Key Responsibilities:  Manage multiple support channels from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CT.  Respond to questions posted on online properties (SharePoint, in-house social media, etc.).  Co-host open office hours to assist users with Security Key adoption.  Answer questions from users about the Security Key all day long, ensuring there is always a response.  Assist users over chat, calls, and screen sharing during the intensive hypercare stage.  Provide friendly and helpful support to users. Skills and Requirements 2-3 years' experience in tech support or a related field.  Enthusiasm for cybersecurity and technology.  Quick to learn and adopt new technologies.  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.  Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with users.  Friendly, helpful, and eager to assist users.
