The multidisciplinary Endocrinology team at White Plains Hospital includes several board-certified endocrinologists, nurses and nurse practitioners, a registered dietitian, and other specialists who concentrate on most all endocrine disorders, including growth issues, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, hormonal imbalances, osteoporosis and thyroid abnormalities. The team works with every patient to create a comprehensive management plan including diet, medication, and lifestyle modification to address the underlying causes and symptoms of various endocrine disorders and enable the patient to live a productive and healthy life.

What you’ll need as an Endocrinologist
• Graduate from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist.
• Active New York State License.

The Physician will:
Provide professional services to the Hospital’s patient population (including but not limited to assessment, treatment and management of care) and assure continuity of care for those patients assigned to Physician. The professional services provided shall be consistent with the requirements in place at the time for all applicable federal, state and local regulatory entities (including, without limitation, The Joint Commission). As may be reasonably required by the Hospital, work with designated Hospital administrators to provide input into the Practice Location’s budgets, capital expenditures, strategic planning and marketing. As may be reasonably required by the Hospital, assist with the selection, supervision and evaluation of the Practice Location’s staff. As may be reasonably required by the Hospital, assist the Hospital in recruitment of additional physicians specializing in fetal medicine to the area served by the Hospital. Participate in utilization management, quality improvement, patient satisfaction programs and committees as may be reasonably requested by the Hospital. Participate in such teaching or community benefit programs or other activities as may be reasonably requested by the Hospital from time to time. Participate in after hours and on call coverage as may be indicated for patient care and practice needs.
