Description:
· Using the Quality Caring Model, the Endo RN demonstrates expertise in the performance and application of the nursing process to plan and manage the care of patients in the Endoscopy Department.
Responsibilities:
· Plans and manages care of patients
· Educate patients and family

What you will need
Required:
· Graduation from an accredited nursing program; basic professional nursing degree (with requirement to obtain a BSN within a specific time frame)
· Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State as a Registered Nurse.
· BLS certification (American Heart Association)
· At least 1 year of nursing experience in an Endoscopy patient care setting
· 2 years of PACU experience required for bonus eligibility
Preferred:
· BSN or MSN preferred
Pay Range: $38.65 - $54.19
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
