We are looking for a dedicated Endoscopy Technician like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** POSITION SUMMARY: To provide quality care including assisting the RNs and Physicians in Endo procedures, to disinfect, maintain & troubleshoot equipment, assist with clerical duties and transport patients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: + Demonstrates knowledge and application of basic patient care, to include activities of daily living, vital signs and intake and output. + Participates in the unit based Quality Improvement process. + Practices, endorses and provides customer service skills to patients, visitors, physicians and staff. + Demonstrates knowledge and respect of patient right to privacy and protection of patient confidentiality. + Organizes and communicates patient care activities to the patient and to the Registered Nurse. + Perform all work related specialized tasks safely, proficiently and within department and hospital policy/procedures. + Other duties as assigned. **What qualifications you will need:** EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED: (list required and preferred separately) PREFERRED + High School or equivalency, + CNA certification.
