**Summary**
The Endpoint Solutions team within Workspace Technologies is hiring a new team member to help provide innovative solutions for end user devices and software. The role focuses on strategy, design, and technical leadership and involves a variety of work including automation, technology evaluation & support, and data analysis & reporting. The primary goal for the Endpoint Solutions team is to improve the user experience and operational efficiency related to the use and management of user devices and software.
**Our preferred candidate has between 2-4 years of post-degree experience.**
**What You'll Do**
The selected candidate will be involved in both technical and non-technical tasks. Activities will allow for work to be completed individually as well as in a team environment with opportunity for collaboration with other departments within SRP as well as technology vendors.
Activities include:
+ Design and implement endpoint management solutions
+ Develop and implement endpoint standards and processes
+ Work collaboratively with various departments to effectively implement and support solutions
+ Identify and implement opportunities that improve the user experience or management capabilities
+ Apply SRP and IT processes, practices and techniques to deliver solutions
+ Provide subject matter expertise and represent Workspace Technologies on enterprise projects
+ Support and manage technologies used for the enterprise management and deployment of client software and devices (Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Microsoft Group Policy, etc)
+ Manage and provide tier 3 support for: Devices (smartphones, laptops, desktops, etc), Software deployments, Operating system upgrades, Application and desktop virtualization
+ Provide mentorship and training to other tiers of support through: Knowledge articles, Training sessions, Standard Operating Procedures
Additional Information:
Responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring for projects.
Occasional contacts with vendors of software, equipment and services.
Occasional travel to industry organizational functions and SRP facilities.
Ability to work effectively using the services of various organizational groups within SRP.
Depending on assignment, frequent requirement to work with confidential data such as payroll and employee information.
**What It Takes To Succeed**
Requires working knowledge of and experience with multiple technical areas across a large- scale enterprise environment in the following areas:
+ Mobile Device Management (JAMF and Intune)
+ MacOS, iPadOS, iOS, Android Operating systems
+ IT service management and ServiceNow
+ Process workflow design and automation
+ Scripting experience
+ Networking (Switching, Routing, Firewalls, etc)
+ Project management
+ Endpoint Security (Certificates, Encryption, Anti-Virus/Malware)
+ Microsoft 365 platform (Azure, Entra ID, Office, Teams, Planner, etc.)
The successful candidate will also possess the following strengths:

**Experience**
Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years of experience at Level 1; demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor.
Promotion to Senior Level requires a minimum of three-years of experience at Level 2; is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment and as such would be recognized as a specialist in area of assignment and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities.
**Note: We are looking for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.**
**Education**
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.
**Hybrid Workplace**
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona. We are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of all team members, and by following a number of health and safety protocols, to reduce the risk of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
