Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking an Endpoint Support Specialist for an exciting one-year contract position. This role will work onsite. Principal Accountabilities: * The Endpoint Support Specialist will provide break/fix support for phones, computers, and printers to ensure that endpoint technology assets function at optimal level * Install new and updated end-user devices across the bank and network hardware at branches to ensure Frost branch technology is up to date and to maintain a continuous replacement cycle * Train new users to use hardware and software to maximize total work efficiency * Provide break/fix support for phones, computers, and printers to ensure that endpoint technology assets function at optimal level * Install new and updated end-user devices across the bank and network hardware at branches to ensure branch technology is up to date and to maintain a continuous replacement cycle * The Endpoint Support Specialist will train new users to use hardware and software to maximize total work efficiency * Always act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
