Summary: We are seeking an experienced Endur Manager to oversee the technical implementation and post go-live support of Endur within our organization. The Endur Manager will work closely with the System Integrator and lead a team responsible for ensuring a successful implementation that meets business objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Technical Implementation Leadership: Lead the technical implementation of Endur, working closely with the System Integrator to ensure alignment with business requirements and project timelines * Team Management: Oversee a team of technical analysts and specialists involved in the Endur implementation, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the process * Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to ensure a coordinated approach to Endur implementation and support * Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for Endur implementation, monitoring progress, managing risks, and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful delivery * Post Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post go-live, ensuring smooth operation of Endur and addressing any issues or challenges that arise * System Integration: Work closely with the System Integrator to facilitate seamless integration of Endur with existing systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity * Training and Knowledge Transfer: Coordinate training sessions for end-users and team members on Endur functionalities, best practices, and system updates to maximize utilization and effectiveness
