Energy Analyst Administrator
DIVISION: Energy- Marion Corporate Office
REPORTS TO: Energy Marketing Manager
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the direction of the Energy Marketing Manager, responsible for maintaining a customer focused and positive attitude and assisting customers with propane and refined fuel deliveries as needed, assist in budget program implementation (Even Pay Plan), contracting, customer billing and payments, soley responsible for posting trucks and ensuring all fuel and propane deliveries are invoiced. Also assisting local sales and delivery personnel with all aspects of customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with customer questions related to Energy billing and payments
Assist in scheduling Energy and Propane Routing as necessary.
Learn to be versed in all tank set, leak test, regulator change, line install and gas leak procedures and approximate cost to assist in the sales process as needed.
Understanding Degree Day system for delivery scheduling.
Promote efficient work habits for each salesperson by area scheduling.
Understanding of Esys/Webs and Agvance computer systems. Also the use of TankSpotter.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Taking payments for product and posting payments to help back up other team members. Also credit card payment system understanding.
Protection of sensitive customer information (running credit check) from time to time
Solely responsible for building accounts in Agvance and building locations in Esy and TankSpotter
Soley responsible for posting deliveries and correcting delivery mistakes. Double checking truck reports against Webs and Webs against Agvance.
Assist in Budget Program implementation, processing, record keeping and customer understanding.
Responsible for Propane and Energy contract implementation, processing, and record keeping.
Share in afterhours and weekend calls as needed. ½ hr pay for each handled call.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
Ability to work hours other than those considered normal to meet seasonal demands.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 2 years or more of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of customer service and the business environment. Accounting and IT is required.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Prefer an understanding of what a cooperative is.
