Overview **Background Information** As a regulated, investor-owned utility, Rhode Island Energy has been entrusted to administer energy efficiency programs for all of its customers in Rhode Island. The Program Strategy Analyst – RI will play a primary role in designing and advocating for energy efficiency services that meet the needs and expectations of residential customers in Rhode Island. **Job Purpose** Provide leadership to achieve alignment of internal, regulatory, and stakeholder priorities while maintaining a focus on meeting customer needs and expectations. Apply critical thinking through insight gained via internal/external research, analysis, and best practices in order to design solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. + Internal Collaboration – Work with several internal teams and vendor partners on a day-to-day basis to design and evolve the portfolio of energy efficiency solutions for customers. Make informed, authoritative recommendations regarding the energy efficiency portfolio.
