Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… 

To join our team as an Energy Efficiency Field Specialist! In this role, you'll act as local on-site program and company representative to contractors. Lead the charge with contractor outreach, recruitment, program enrollment, and provide ongoing support to participating contactors. Conduct post-installation quality control verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

"Sell" prospective contractors on participation in utility programs.

Conduct heavy phone and email outreach to contractors.

Provide support for tasks related to contractor outreach, recruitment, and program enrollment.

Provide ongoing programmatic support to participating contactors.

Track contractor data and interactions through internal database.

Conduct post-installation quality control verifications for residential homes, and other field tasks for data gathering activities through a defined territory.

In this exciting opportunity, you will have… 

1-3 years relevant experience

Must reside in the greater Los Angeles/Riverside area.

High School or associate's degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred

Bi/Multi-Lingual candidates are highly preferred for this role, we work with a diverse network of contractors where English is spoken as second language

Compensation Range

$26.70 - $40.10
