Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Efficiency Market Engagement Lead to manage customer engagement, trade ally networks, and ensure program goals are reached in our Jacksonville programs. Our work currently consists of delivering a fleet electrification program and a solar support program.  This role is the primary point of contact for all trade allies serving the program along with providing customer engagement and outreach for project development.  Responsibilities include regular in person meetings at trade ally offices and customer sites, recruiting of trade allies and customers to participate in the programs, detailed reviews of applications, and visibility into program goals and pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities

Meet regularly in person with client for meetings and special outreach/publicity events. Manage all aspects of trade ally relationships, including frequent in person meetings at their offices or job sites. Recruit trade allies and customers to the programs. Maintain knowledge of data management systems used to house project information. Adhere to all data security protocols established by Resource Innovations or the client. Address customer questions, complaints, and escalations. Other duties as assigned.
