An Energy Instructor will be responsible for the effective training of the Energy Technology, Industrial Maintenance, and Wind Power curriculum in the classroom and laboratory setting.

Effective presentation skills are vital in this role, as well as the ability to ensure standards and goals are met in each timeframe. Therefore, planning, and critical thinking skills are both essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will also act with our students in mind and establish and maintain effective relationships with students to gain their trust and respect.

Position Overview:
As an Energy Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your expertise in electromechanical systems and components will be the guiding light that leads them to a promising career in many different industries. We believe that hands-on learning is the key to success, so get ready to dive into the world of interactive teaching and inspire the next generation to conquer the challenges of modern NDT, robotics and automation technology.

Responsibilities Inspire and Educate: Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can flourish, fostering their passion for robotics and automation while imparting your expert knowledge.Hands-On Training: Lead by example and provide practical demonstrations, ensuring students gain real-world experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various systems.Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones that align with industry trends and advancements.Mentorship: Guide and mentor students on their individual projects, encouraging them to think critically and find innovative solutions.Safety First: Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for students. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GEDExperience: 3-5 years of practical work experience in the field including some combination of the following skills:Energy - Wind power control, Industrial Mechanical Quality Inspection, Control and Quality Assurance is a plusDemensional measurements is plus Imagine plates is a plusIndustrial networkingManufacturing systems such conveyors, industrial robotics, turbine engines and energy controlsCommunication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with students and fellow staffPatience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace
