As an Energy Program Management Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing Energy Efficiency programs. You will be responsible for overseeing program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving program performance. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's customer programs.

You will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

\n

Provide Project Management Oversight and Implementation, including but not limited to:

\n\nProject planning and management of energy efficiency projects.\nField technician recruitment, management, and installation support.\nDeliver program financial and performance status reports.\nTeam management and performance feedback.\nOversight and management of 3rd party suppliers.\nMonitor and update performance tracking reports and project deviations.\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE:

\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in managing energy efficiency and/or demand response programs for a utility or business.\n\n

WE VALUE:

\n\nBachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, energy management, or engineering.\nProfessional Certifications: PMP certification or AEE (Association of Energy Engineers) - CMVP, CEM, or CEA.\nElectric and/or Gas utility management experience. \nKnowledge of residential or commercial HVAC, building performance, and building controls.\nHighly organized with attention to detail and great documentation skills.\nEffective influencing and communications skills; analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to provide sound and reliable judgment in complex business situations.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed team environment with a win-win orientation.\nExpert level proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nAbility to adapt to a cyclical workload and multi-task to manage varying priorities.\nAbility to deal tactfully and confidently at all organization levels with professional attitude.\n\n
