This job is part of the Energy and Sustainability function. They are responsible for the development and implementation of environmental and social sustainability programs. **What You’ll Do:** + Assist in sustainability consulting for a facility to help meet sustainability goals. + Identify operational improvements. Execute opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance. + Support sustainability goals, energy resilience strategies and programs. + Review data and interpretation of energy and sustainability reports. + Execute a sustainability, resilience, and smart energy plan for a designated facility. + Integrate knowledge of energy procurement and new technologies to improve performance. + Present periodic energy and sustainability status and variance reports. Collect energy, waste, and water data from clients and management. + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Impact the quality of own work. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information asks questions and check for understanding. **What You'll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. CEM and LEED accreditation preferred, training and accreditation part of development and performance management requirements. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills.
