Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. **Responsibilities may include -** + Support production, with troubleshooting and debug of electro-mechanical assemblies, working directly with technicians and design engineering personnel. + Support systems engineering with debug and evaluation of system returns. + Provides technical advice and assistance to engineers in the development or modification of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies in the MW factory. + Develop process improvements in all work cells of the manufacturing factory to improve quality, cost and schedule. + Manually debug complex microwave assemblies and sub-assemblies in support of production and engineering prototyping efforts. + Assist production team developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet specifications without extensive tuning reducing HPU s. Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. + Demonstrated ability in isolating electrical failures to root cause. + Proficient at interpreting engineering documentation including but not limited to schematics, assembly drawings, and component data sheets + Familiarity with test equipment and calibration process **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Excellent communication and leadership skills ability to motivate others + Understanding of basic Lean Manufacturing principles + Experience with Microsoft Excel + Extensive knowledge of RF and Microwave subassemblies + Familiarity with Microwave automated and manual test equipment **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
