PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 – $66,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsible for conducting new hire orientations to include compliance, house rules, and service standards while ensuring a positive experience for new hires Work with departmental leads to develop new hire departmental onboarding Coordinate new hire follow-ups at regular intervals to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires Coach managers and team members as needed to address service standards based on survey results Develop, implement, and track rewards and recognition programs to meet company standards and inspire team members and managers May be required to operate a company vehicle
More about you Minimum of 3 years of in-person training, working with large diverse groups Familiar with training software and able to consider the relative costs and benefits of training programs Able to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems, and be able to persuade others to change their minds or behavior Knowledge of principals and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects Must have the ability to disseminate reports, using analytics to recognize gaps in training and areas to emphasize Must be able to maintain a valid driver’s license
