Core Responsibilities:
Engagement & Inclusion Product Strategy: Build holistic enterprise perspective and overarching roadmap for E&I at Vanguard in alignment with enterprise goals and objectives, informed by external perspectives and leading practices around company, role, and team engagement
Data-Driven Insight Generation: Partner with HR Data & Analytics team to identify E&I insights to inform actions; support HR Data & Analytics in further enhancing the crew listening strategy and approach for integrating multiple data sources into prioritized recommendations
Engagement Dashboards: Support the vision, strategy, and UX needs associated with the development of listening tools and dashboards; builds a robust voice of business user network to inform enhancement priorities and backlog
Leadership Alignment: Drive team and leadership buy-in, accountability, user adoption & readiness needs for E&I product strategy, roadmap, and priorities
E&I Integration: Build E&I priorities into core talent processes in partnership with Talent Strategy & Development offer owners.
Additional responsibilities:
1. Participates in and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
2. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of eight years related business experience.
Three years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
