In this role you will collaborate and support the aligned Engagement Center Manager (ECM) to quality call monitor designated Engagement Center Agents conducting inbound and outbound calls in accordance to the project requirements. You will be responsible for evaluating the performance of the team to ensure compliance with the expectations of Syneos Health and the Customer. The ECS will also be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create and deliver systems and process oriented training content to support ongoing project needs. You will:
Act as first point of contact for program representative engagement centre services, and be a subject matter expert, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner Ensure quality, customer service and adherence to policies and procedures of the organisation Identify and escalate priority issues: handle escalated calls and e-mail correspondence, as required Actively participate in the creation and delivery of customer business reviewsEssential Requirements:
BA/BS in related disciplines in the natural science/health care field Engagement Center experience with a successful track record in a customer facing role engaging with customers over the phone Pharmaceutical experience and/or experience working in outsourcing with strong healthcare industry knowledge Must be able to effectively communicate with leadership, internal departments, customers and management Fluency in English and GermanDesired Requirements:
