Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing Intern, Summer 2025
**About the Role & Program:** The Walt Disney Company launched Disney+, a Disney-branded streaming service, in 2019 featuring an incomparable collection of content from its brands and franchises recognized and respected all over the world. The Disney+ service serves as the exclusive home for viewing original movies, series, short-form, and more, along with a vibrant catalog that spans classic Disney Animation to the most recent movie releases. We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join the Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing team for a 3-month internship in Summer 2025. This role will support the team focused on driving subscriber engagement and retention for Disney+. The team is results driven, data-informed and thoughtful. Members of the team identify opportunities, build programs and develop campaigns that drive engagement on the platform. Ideal candidates for this position are hungry for knowledge, have a strong curiosity, and operate with integrity. This position will have the opportunity to learn strategy and execution tactics for engagement and lifecycle marketing programs across email, push, and in-app channels. This internship is a full-time commitment in the Glendale, CA area from **May/June - August/September 2025** . **What You Will Do:** + Support managers with various projects across lifecycle marketing which may include winback, upsell, churn-risk, engagement and editorial campaigns. + Manage operations tickets and trafficking creative assets for assigned projects + Update and maintain campaign calendars and communicate key updates across team + QA email, push and in-app marketing assets prior to deployments + Assist with pulling reports and monitoring ongoing campaigns + Organize a comprehensive competitor marketing asset repository with summary of insights by key life stages and programs + Assist in compiling a historical archive of sequential experiments by business focus area **Required Qualifications & Skills:** + Experience working in collaborative environments and managing multiple projects + Experience with researching and/or using a range of tools to acquire information and present findings + High attention to detail and experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment + Experience using social media platforms to engage with an audience + Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook **Preferred Qualifications & Skills:** + Previous experience working in the entertainment industry + Passion for Disney content and experiences a plus **Education:** + Junior or Senior year preferred + Major or previous coursework in Communications, Business, Analytical, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. **Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:** + Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. + Be at least 18 years of age + Possess unrestricted work authorization **Additional Information:** + Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship + Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm PST for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week + Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Glendale, CA area + Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work The pay rate for this role in California is $22 per hour.
