Engagement Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics (Remote)

The IQVIA Digital team was purpose built to provide new and novel solutions spanning data transformation/management (healthcare provider)/Consumer marketing consultation, and advanced analytics. Our Measurement Client Engagement team executes measurement projects using these new and novel solutions from start to finish, coordinating with expert teams throughout the process including clinicians, statisticians, and others while providing strategic guidance to our clients.

This role manages multiple consulting projects of varying complexity ensuring on-time delivery for clients in the life sciences field. The Engagement Manager role is responsible for bringing together a cross-functional team to deliver on client measurement solutions bridging IQVIA KPIs to client business questions. 

Essential Functions:

Manages project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development, and delivery of client measurement solutionsLeads teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and ensures high client satisfactionCoordinates with internal teams to develop project plan with timelines and deliverables and leads project to successful on-time completionRecommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problemsServes as key point of contact with clientProvides high level input to, and ensures the development of, omnichannel measurement solutions and delivers all or significant portions of findings to clientDevelops and/or elevates new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leadsProactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences, and other forums for professional knowledge sharingProactively mentors, coaches and shares subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree RequiredMaster's Degree Preferred8 - 10 years of experience in omnichannel measurement, ideally in the pharmaceutical marketing spaceWorks willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goalsDemonstrates excellent project management skills, client influencing, and relationship building skillsAbility to think through client strategy and help them develop measurement business rulesStrong background in working with data and pulling insights based on KPIsAbility to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlinesExcellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skillsProven track record of data mining and data acumenExperience with data visualization - Tableau, PowerBI preferred but not requiredExperience with patient level data is preferred but not required

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $139,200.00 - $258,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
