Role Overview

To support our growth, we seek a healthcare consultant with ample experience in partnerships to join Chartis as an Engagement Manager.  Engagement Managers in our Strategic Transformation line of business are integral members of our consulting teams, leading Analysts, Associate Consultants and Consultants on projects with healthcare provider clients typically spanning 3-6 months in duration.

Qualifications and Desired SkillsPrior management consulting experience is requiredAt least 6 years working with healthcare providers on strategic initiatives such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, or joint venture development is required, including two plus (2+) years managing othersAdvanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)Excellent critical thinking and analytical skillsFinancial modeling experience requiredOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsStrong and effective people leaderProficient in Microsoft office; experience with Tableau is a plusResponsibilitiesManage the overall project, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues to achieve goalsAct as a trusted advisor to clients, drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insightsCoach and mentor junior staff, driving the development of their skills and knowledgeProduce sophisticated, compelling deliverables that motivate clients to actionSupport the firm’s growth through contributions to internal initiatives

 

Salary range: $150,000-$220,000 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
