We are searching for highly qualified Engagement Manager candidates, for strategy consulting roles working across AMI practices for our business and are looking for candidates with relevant work experience preferably in AMI practices and/or Management consulting. Experience could be from working at related institutions or supporting them in consulting capacity.
What you will do:
Engagement Managers are the on-scene leaders who run our projects day to day. You will lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought process through convergence on a solution. You will ensure that recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive. It’s a role that demands thought leadership at the strategic level – and command of all the technical and operational details of execution. You will need great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.
Managing the execution of individual project modules. This typically includes developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights.Supporting our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality case executionOwning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.For Manager hires, managing and developing the capabilities of junior consulting staff.What you will bring
The Engagement Manager position offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with significant prior experience.
A minimum of 6-8 years, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments. Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills AMI industry knowledge, breadth across or depth within AMI area is preferred.Ability to apply content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution, develop new intellectual capital to support business development activities, and for Manager and Principal hires to lead these activities Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program Willingness to travelEqual Opportunity
