What will you be doing?
Support Engagement Lead with activities related to a complex technology and hazard resilience program being implemented across Puerto Rico. Interface directly with engagement lead and project stakeholders in support of data collection within Puerto Rico.Support relationship building and outreach to the agencies, municipalities, and citizens.Support engagement activities and ensure accurate, timely dissemination of information for a complex technology and hazard resilience program in Puerto Rico.Interface directly with project stakeholders to build consensus, obtain buy-in, and maintain trust for exchange of data and information. Prepare materials and facilitate meetings with diverse project stakeholders. Support development of communications and marketing materials to grow awareness of program objectives and benefits. Prepare in English and Spanish news releases, newsletters, and social media content to effectively communicate program updates and milestones and post them across all media platforms.Prepare weekly communication reports for the Director.Conduct media monitoring to prepare daily reports.What you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Policy, or similar field.5+ years experience facilitating stakeholder interactions in Puerto Rico, including those with members of the public, municipal boards and commissions, citizen groups, state agencies, and organizations in Puerto Rico.5+ years experience working across diverse stakeholder groups to develop and implement engagement plans for complex programs, including governmental and non-governmental entities. 5+ years managing stakeholder engagement activities and preparing tailored communications to stakeholders to maintain consistent engagement. Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.Remote position, located in Puerto Rico, or willing to relocate to Puerto Rico, and able to travel to visit clients, stakeholders and essential meetings at the ICF office in Guaynabo, PR, ICF.What we’d like you to have:
Good interpersonal and network skills, and ability to articulate program benefits and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Demonstrated experience developing marketing plans, formal marketing communications including social media channels a plus.Demonstrated experience showing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills paired with a desire to take initiative.Experience using modern technologies and mapping softwares a plus.Why you’ll love working here:

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$58,430.00 - $99,331.00Guaynabo, PR (PR01)
