Job DescriptionObjective of the RoleLead the development of the MAP domain (Safety & Agrément de conduite & démarrage au froid (DAF)).Deploy calibration and validation methodologies across the client sites.Align activities with technical specifications, project timelines, and testing requirements.ResponsibilitiesFamiliarize with the Scope of Work (CdC), technical definitions (DT), project planning, and necessary testing resources.Plan activities in collaboration with the project lead or technical referents to ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.Define, execute, and analyze tests or simulations required for system calibration and validation following industry standards.Perform calibration of relevant labels while considering cross-functional constraints and maintaining traceability.Monitor testing resources, ensure consumption aligns with project standards, and alert the team leader for deviations to create corrective action plans.Draft test sheets (FE) for MAP engineers QualificationsExperience & Domain Expertise
Proven experience in calibration engineering Strong knowledge of engine control software (EMS/AEMS) architecture and processes.Technical Proficiency
Calibration Tools: Expertise in INCA, Matlab, and CRETA.Programming: Proficiency in relevant programming languages for calibration and modeling.Electrical & Electronics Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical/electronic systems related to powertrain ( engine ) components.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with R-EMS/A-EMS for engine control systems.Project Management Skills
Ability to plan, monitor, and execute project activities in alignment with overall timelines.Skilled in resource management, including test facilities and corrective action planning.Regulatory and Methodological Knowledge
In-depth understanding of calibration methodologies, validation processes, and industry standards for emissions compliance.Knowledge of GMP related to calibration and system validation.Soft Skills
