- Travel opportunities across North America and to Austria for training.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge and experience as a diesel engine Mechanic.
- Proven experience in diesel engine technology, preferably with a focus on aircraft engines.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service and support.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including **a mandatory training period in Austria.**
- Familiarity with Salesforce and experience managing warranty policies is a significant asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Relevant technical certification or degree in engineering is preferred.
