Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Interface and communicate effectively across all peer groups for both application and technical areasAssist end users in their adoption of technology, including process improvements and tier 2 supportProvide general support and guided administration of email security using Proofpoint Security and ProtectionMaintain best practices to ensure compliance with IT standards, processes, principles, and methodologies.Execute key processes, including daily maintenance, hardware and software upgrades, patch management, and standard system configurationPartner with Senior Manager to implement, maintain, and drive the Collaboration Services strategic roadmapAnalyze, diagnose, and resolve problems around collaboration tools, and recommend and implement corrective     solutionsCreate reports as needed for internal auditing purposes: litigation holds, data usage, etc.Test functionality of Microsoft applications and other collaboration tools to ensure proper configurationKeep up with emerging technologies; evaluate and recommend solutions that deliver high-performing collaboration and communication functionalityDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Domain Management, Email Security, and Mobile Device ManagementSupport Unified Communications initiatives and supervise Conference Room A/V vendor supportManage invoices for domain management services and T-Mobile ERT kit servicesAssist in creating functional and technical documentation as requiredCreate user and training documentationSelf-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and manage own time efficientlyAbility to work independently or as part of a teamDeveloping self, individuals, and teamsRequired to attend all training sessions and meetingsMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

Required Qualifications:

3+ Year experience in an enterprise IT environment3+ Years of M365 Engineering and support expertiseExtensive hands-on experience and expertise in the following areas:Migration Experience for M365 products (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, & Exchange Online – Hybrid)M365 Security and Compliance policies and best practicesEmail Privacy and Regulatory ComplianceExperience with PowerShellOffice ProPlus with a focus on the Microsoft Productivity SuiteSecurity standards and best practicesKnowledge of Azure and Identity management technologies
Proofpoint Email Security and Advanced Threat ProtectionExcellent communication skills, written and verbalStrong focus on the end-user experienceExcellent problem and resolution skills

         

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with IT Service ManagementExperience with Digital Brand Management Servicers, Managing Public DNSExperience in travel or hospitality

Education:

4 Year Degree or / Technical Degree or relevant experienceApplicable Microsoft and SAAS Solutions Certifications

Salary range for this position, based on experience, is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00.
