Job Description

Evaluate, analyze, diagnose and solve technical equipment problems via telephone, remote access or in person at a customer locationPreparation of field service report on customer support activity and providing documentation to other supporting functions on re-occurring problemsRepresenting the company to the customer and accountability for customer satisfaction with serviceCoordinating actions with customers to minimize downtimeTraining and Support service engineers world wideCommunication with all partners in a timely mannerEffectively present information to managementComply and follow all procedures within the company security policyAdhere to all safety and health rules and regulations

Minimum Qualifications

University Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experienceGood practical skills in electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical assemblyAbility to read and work with engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manualsExcellent analytical problem-solving skillsGood presentation and interpersonal skillsGood communication skills in English and GermanProficiency in MS office toolsWillingness to travel to customer sites on a regular basis (roughly 25%) for onsite support and service & systems installation
