Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize an AI Engineering platform to support Lenovo applications. Participate in delivering impactful Generative AI solutions for internal and external cases. Stay at the forefront of AI advancements by continuously exploring emerging research, tools, and methodologies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into scalable, production-ready systems. Contribute to all phases of the AI model lifecycle, including development, fine-tuning, optimization, and deployment.

Job Requirements:

Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using frameworks like PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers. Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and generative models. Familiarity with Python ecosystem, including Pytest, Django, and FastAPI. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Comfortable working in Linux environments and adhering to Git-based development workflows. Practical Experience (a Plus) : Proven track record in AI model development, including fine-tuning small language models (SLMs) or optimizing large language model (LLM) inference pipelines. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
