Job Description

Electronics Parts Development 

Research & Develop Electronics-related matters such as audio, meter, body control module, air back control unit to meet the specifications & project's timeline and improve quality cars matching regional market requirementsDevelop Electronics component parts of a vehicle project from physical stage through production according to Nissan development methodologies and processes for vehicle developmentDevelop component parts to meet all engineering requirements, create and Green Belt the component development schedule through SOP, support part evaluation and provide effective countermeasures as requiredBenchmark of competitor vehicles related electronic parts related mattersValidate and confirm supplier’s drawing Cross functional collaboration with Nissan Japan, suppliers and related parties to meet project target

Quality improvement

Analyze market issue to investigate root cause of issue Establish the countermeasure to resolve the issues in actual productionParticipate in quality evaluation and manufacturing activities

Cost improvement 

Create value analysis & value engineering (VA&VE) activities to optimize processes and cost to achieve target as a planManage localization parts to achieve quality, cost and delivery targetBenchmark of competitor & Nissan global model to achieve cost competitive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering1-3 years of experience in engineering field in automotive industryExperience working in a multicultural environment is an advantageProject Management, Problem Solving, PresentationCar DrivingGood English communication, TOEIC score: above 600
