Entry Level Engineering positions in varied areas of specialty are currently available at Belcan in Querétaro México. These positions are full-time position with benefits. Matching candidates will have 0-2 years of experience in the engineering field with a Bachelor's degree in the fields of Mechanical, Aerospace, Software, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering. In this job, you will support multiple projects, including responsibility for design, evaluation, and analyses. You will communicate effectively with team members and management, utilizing verbal skills as well as written documents including plans, reports and presentations.

Job Duties:

Design Engineers -
* Perform and lead activities that include knowledge of the following: mechanical analysis, gas turbine engine component design, hand calculations, engineering documentation composition, component durability assessment, and engine manufacturing / build and test.
* Implement product definition criteria in accordance with requirements for commercial attributes associated with producibility/manufacturability of the component.
* Manages and maintains projects in priority status as assigned by program management.
* Maintains, reports, and communicates project status and progress to both internal program management team and customer.
* Monitors and reports progress against project schedule by monitoring activities and resolving problems to ensure that customer Project Milestones are met.
* Organize and maintain existing engineering records.
* Perform other such duties as required.

Software/Electrical/Controls Engineers/Data Science & Engineering -
* Supports electrical installation via interfacing to electrical installers.
* Helps debug electrical installation of controls and motor components.
* Programs systems to support equipment operations if capable.
* Interfaces with internal engineering/project management and customers to determine system requirements.
* Knowledgeable in programming skills in two of the following: Python, SQL, C/C++/C#, R
* Knowledge on aircraft engines performance and operational parameters
* Experience in prototyping analytic solutions for complex problems
* Experience in data analysis, data engineering and data science
* Experience using tools (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI) to develop interactive Data Dashboards and Dataiku

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Software, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
* 0-2 years of engineering experience in the field of gas turbine engines or turbomachinery
* Ability to write technical reports and correspondence including customer reports.
* Prior GE Mexico (GEIQ) experience
* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group, and large group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
* Ability to contribute in a team environment.
* English proficiency at advanced level

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with TeamCenter is desired
