Assist the EHS & Facilities Senior Engineer with day-to-day operations. Responsible for overseeing all project upgrades and fit-out matters through completion and handover. Daily reports and equipment check reports are monitored, analyzed, and prepared. Maintain a master maintenance schedule and manage resource deployment as planned.

Assist EHS & Facilities Senior Engineer in daily operational works 

Prepare all reports for submission 

Monitor, analyze and prepare daily reports and equipment health check reports. 

Liaison with all vendors/users. 

Execute any follow-up actions. 

Prepare interim incident reports. 

Prepare a master maintenance schedule and manage the deployment of resources as scheduled. 

Responsible to handle all projects upgrading and fitting out matters with supervision to completion and taking over. 

Any other works related to the operation of the building as assigned 

 

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications) 

Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical & Air-Conditioning Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience 

Experience in project management and A&A works. 

Basic electrical, aircon, chiller, and air compressor knowledge will be an advantage 

Basic computer knowledge in MS Office 

Good interpersonal skills 

Ability to coordinate work on a tight schedule 

Possesses strong problem-solving abilities
