Main Responsibilities:

Optimizes process flow, layout, defines thenumber of operators and cycle time, continuously studies and improves cycle time. Responsible for process documentation: flowchart, PFMEA, capacity chart, work instructions, layout. Trains operators, identifies defective operations and corrects them to ensure the process is under control. Responsible for a stable production process, collecting and analyzing process data to continuously reduce production costs. Participates in updating equipment and tool specifications, involved in the procurement process, responsible for troubleshooting equipment errors, and equipment acceptance. Responsible for MBOM, leads the implementation of production tracking systems. Responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest and most advanced technology and transforming it into the actual process. Responsible for continuous improvementwith the production team, e.g., improving equipment, processes, devices, layouts… Oversees engineering changes and is responsible for changing production in accordance with the ECP (Procedure for Process Change Tracking) and reducing changeover costs. Supports the advanced engineering sector in implementing advanced process technologies and global process standardization.

Requirements:

6th or 7th level qualification in mechanicalor technical orientation Preferred work experience in the same or similar positions.
