Main responsibilities: 

support YF US, HS, HP, VIB welding process with regards to feasibility, labour, tool & equipment invest apply Core Manufacturing Process (CMP) provide Manufacturing Feasibility Analysis (DFA/DFM) and support PFMEA on new products apply industrial engineeringmethods to determine labour requirements (MTM) provide US, HS, HP, VIB welding process (process flow chart & VSM) for new programs. provide data to perform cost analysis of product and process alternatives (investments and assembly time), actively strives for best cost solutions support process, tool & equipment specifications according YF standards and make recommendations regarding HSE improvements. monitor production equipment build at suppliers within timing, functionality and budget. prove equipment capability & R@R performance according quote assumptions. work with  SD-Teams to complete product launches monitor and audit manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant reportson EIC deliverables
