Reporting to Engineering Manager or Sr. Manager to drive technical problem resolution and process execution to ensure production targets are met and product quality meets customer expectations. Transfer, install, set up and verify the process equipment and processes until completely release to production.Manufacturing process and tooling design, installation, verify buy-off and release to production.Manufacturing documents preparation, provide training and maintaining the process control in production.Create manufacturing documents such as work instruction, control sample builds, optimization, and complete transfer into mass production.Collaborate with different functions as manufacturing engineering representative function.Technical solution of process and product to drive for production yield, productivity, and cost improvement.Provide technical support, failure analysis, identify and troubleshoot process-related issues for product performance improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree of Engineering or above in, Mechanical, Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.Hands on experience in process and equipment of electronics manufacturing process. Optical and fiber handling process experience are preferred.Understand with manufacturing process control tools such as SPC, DFMEA, PFMEA, etc. is plusFamiliar skill for CAD 2D, MS-office or JMP programGood command in English communication reading, writing and speaking.
