We are looking for an Engineer, Process to join our team in Goa! The resource will be for developing, implementation and coordinating method and process production to maximize output of established priorities

 

How You'll Help Us Connect the World: Develop and implement method and process production to maximize time, equipment and people in all production process. Develop alternatives and studies to modify equipment and introducing new methods to reduce production cost. Research tools and equipment utilized in production process to maximize people, time and machines production process. Responsible for managing product yield Responsible for new product trials and related documentation. Managing and maintaining clear and accurate documentation equipment / processes Elaborate actions plan to prevent non conformity product situation Troubleshooting product / equipment / Machine when errors occur. Also Works in close co-ordination with works coordinators and Operations Supervisors to ensure Establishment of work priorities / schedules Working on improvement projects related to automation, efficiency improvement, yield improvement. Management of a project team and training staff on implemented equipment / processes or on any changes to existing ones Will help Analyzing and addressing production defects with Quality Representatives Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Will be required to participate in activities that require frequent time spent on the manufacturing floor and occasionally working outdoors Required Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelor’s in engineering with 10 + years of work experience in a medium volume /mix electro-mechanical manufacturing or production environment with an emphasis on PFMEA, DFMEA & DFM You Will Excite Us If You Have: Experience in product troubleshooting with proper RCA’s to conclude a failure mode Sig sigma background & Proficiency in SAP Develop Work instructions and line balancing to achieve optimum efficiency during manufacturing Must have hands on experience in design tools like Solid works/AutoCAD. Such as to design & Develop new tools/fixtures to ease manufacturing. Additional experience in new product introduction process or new product design or Cost reduction initiatives would be desirable. People management skills and have potential for strong leadership development RF background would be desirable What Happens After You Apply:
