Establish standard methods/protocol for billing system in consultation with client. 

Providing certified measurement sheets for contractors for billing purpose to construction engineers of client on monthly basis. Close co-ordination with contractors for certification of executed quantities will be required. 

Providing timely inputs to Site Heads/Project Head/Project Manager for deviation/amendment requirement in contracts. 

Providing final quantities for contract closure. 

Control BOQ for all items (quantity control function) 

Facilitate in consumption booking/ reconciliation. 

Knowledge of contract terms & condition, LD clause, GST etc.

Diploma/Degree Engineer having 4-5 years of experience preferably in quantity survey/billing function (preferably in EPC organizations in solar power industry).

Having hands on experience with IS codes related to general civil works and electrical works.

Having sound exposure to billing/certification of civil works (piling, civil and architectural works of RCC and Prefab buildings, Open and Pile foundations, Structural works) & electrical works (Switchyard, Control Room Equipments, HT & LT Switchgears, HT & LT Cabling, 33/132/220KV Transmission lines etc.).

Having hands on experience in Microsoft Word/Excel etc. and other software used for quantity survey.
