To Manage and Lead the Team to carry out planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repairs as instructed by Manager.To provide support for events that are held in these facilities.To plan and effectively carry out Scheduled Facilities Planned Maintenance with 100% completion.To carry out site verification and provide related scope of work for inhouse / external vendors for recommendation and quotation. To follow up all related administrative operation for Purchase Requisition / PO for vendors to carry out the necessary rectification work.To ensure and follow up all necessary statutory certification / license renewal for all related MEP system.
