**About Ameren Illinois**

**About The Position**
Position performs duties for the Asset Management Team, primarily related to the AIC Electric/Gas Business Line. This position will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, performing variance analysis, developing information and documentation to support strategic investments, maintaining and reporting on data gathered and developed, providing input to support strategic initiatives and goals, and assisting and/or leading reporting and implementation for projects and programs on an ad hoc monthly and annual basis.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Gather analyze data from various systems including; work management, material management and financial management.
+ Perform variance analysis of investments (both projects and standing work orders) with respect to budget, forecast, actuals and in-service.
+ Act as a Copperleaf C55 – Asset Investment Planning and Management tool – System Administrator. This includes error analysis, version update support, basic understanding of cloud hosted applications, portfolio optimization support, data clean-up, license administration, trouble ticket support and debugging, etc.
+ Use Copperleaf C55 for investment portfolio management and performance analysis against AIC goals and strategies.
+ Work with the appropriate electric/gas departments and divisions to support the development of the strategic investment plan.
+ Support the development within Copperleaf C55 of the individual investments for inclusion into the AIC Electric/Gas Portfolio.
+ Ensure recommended investments are consistent with corporate objectives, initiatives, and strategies.
+ Support the implementation of individual projects and programs. Coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure successful execution of projects and programs.
+ Coordinate the review of the effectiveness of implemented projects and programs to ensure expected benefits are achieved.
+ Support the Ameren Illinois Electric/Gas Business Line response to any data or other information requests.
+ Monitor and report on status of long term capital and O&M spending plans.
+ Contribute to the development and implementation of department and division goals.
+ Participate in special projects or tasks, including emergencies, as assigned.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university is required. F.E. (Fundamentals of Engineering) certification or P.E. (Professional Engineer) registration preferred. Three or more years of electric/gas operational/engineering/analytical experience preferred. Experience in project management and/or data analytics preferred.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite; knowledge of Ameren-specific applications and practices; good problem solving, analytical skills, decision-making and communication skills; ability to adapt and be flexible; strong attention to detail; ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team; and the following Ameren competencies: Think Customer, Inspire and Engage, Foster Innovation, Drive Results, Champion Learning, Build Trust, and Be Strategic
**Compensation Range:**
$69,300.00 - $168,000.00
* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials.
At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
